These 5alas Terms & Conditions govern the participation of registered Mosques on the 5alas Platform. Mosques receive Goods from Suppliers and distribute them to people in need as facilitated by the 5alas Platform. Mosques must comply with these terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 5alas assumes no liability for the distribution or management of Goods by Mosques.

2.1 Mosques agree to receive Goods from Suppliers facilitated by the 5alas Platform and distribute them to local people in need as directed by 5alas.
2.2 Mosques must follow the distribution guidelines provided by 5alas, ensuring Goods are only given to eligible Recipients and not sold or distributed to non-5alas members.
2.3 Mosques will receive the 7.5% Fee paid by Donators at checkout. This fee will be transferred after the Supplier confirms delivery and the Mosque provides Distribution Confirmation.
2.4 Mosques must comply with the 5alas Equal Access and Safeguarding Policies, available on the 5alas website, to ensure that all Recipients are treated fairly and with dignity.
2.5 Volunteer Requirement: Each Mosque must nominate at least one Volunteer to oversee distributions. The Mosque is responsible for ensuring the Volunteer fulfils these obligations.
3.1 Upon receipt of Goods from Suppliers, Mosques must confirm delivery through the 5alas Platform.
3.2 Mosques are responsible for distributing Goods to Recipients in need, ensuring fair, transparent, and non-discriminatory practices.
3.3 Mosques must provide Distribution Confirmation through the 5alas Platform once Goods have been distributed. Payment of the 7.5% Fee will only occur after this confirmation.
3.4 Mosques agree to maintain accurate records of distributions (including Recipient 5alas Numbers and Order IDs) and provide such records to 5alas upon request for audit or compliance purposes.

5.2 This payment will be made only after both the Supplier confirms delivery and the Mosque confirms distribution through the 5alas Platform.
5.3 Payments will be processed through the method agreed upon during Mosque registration.
5.4 5alas reserves the right to reclaim payments already made if, after investigation, it determines that Goods were misused, fraudulently distributed, or not properly accounted for.
6.1 Mosques may process limited Recipient personal data (such as names, 5alas Numbers, and Order IDs) solely for verifying eligibility and completing distributions.
6.2 Mosques agree to handle such data in compliance with applicable data protection laws and in accordance with the 5alas Privacy Policy.
6.3 Personal data must not be used for any purpose beyond fulfillment of distributions.
7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, 5alas and its affiliates, agents, and partners accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the delivery or distribution of Goods by Mosques.
7.2 Mosques agree to indemnify and hold harmless 5alas against any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from their misuse of Goods or failure to comply with these terms.
7.3 Mosques expressly agree that their sole recourse for claims relating to the delivery of Goods lies with the Supplier, not with 5alas.
8.1 5alas may terminate a Mosque's participation in the Platform at any time if the Mosque fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or engages in prohibited conduct.
8.2 In the event of termination, 5alas may withhold unpaid amounts related to the distribution of Goods and reclaim sums already paid where misuse or fraud is discovered.
